NFL Divisional Weekend Preview

BAL @ NE
NE -7
47.5
The Pats tend to have trouble with the Ravens in Foxboro, but they know that. Baltimore’s defense isn’t as good as it’s been in previous years, and after a week of rest I think Brady and the Pats will light them up.
Pick: NE -7. Pats win 38-21 (Over)

CAR @ SEA
SEA -10.5
39.5
This takes no thought at all. Carolina isn’t very good and Seattle doesn’t lose at home. I’ll be surprised if the Carolina offense scores.
Pick: SEA -10.5. Seahawks win 23-0 (Under)

DAL @ GB
GB -5.5
52.5
I doubt all the divisional games will be blowouts, but Green Bay’s offense has been virtually unstoppable at home. Though it’ll be cold, the current weather forecast doesn’t call for much wind. As long as the ball goes where Rodgers intends – and he doesn’t get hurt any worse than he already is – the Packers should win.
Pick: GB -5.5. Packers win 35-21 (Over)

IND @ DEN
DEN -7
54
This game could be close, given Andrew Luck’s comeback ability, or it could be a blowout, given Peyton Manning’s ability to put up absurd point totals against mediocre defenses, like that of the Colts. I’m feeling a blowout…but I just picked blowouts in every single game this weekend, so I’m going to pick this one to stay close.
Pick: IND +7. Broncos win 27-24 (Under)
